The Therapist's Therapist
Who holds the person who holds everyone else?
I've worked with many therapists and helping professionals who are accustomed to being the person others turn to.
Here, you don't have to be.
You get to be the person in the chair.
Philosophy
The Psychology of Becoming
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we are made of love. Beneath the stories we carry and the roles we inhabit, there's something whole within us. We don't have to become someone different to find it. Often we need support in remembering what is already within. My work is an invitation into that remembering. Life will keep bringing change and challenge. The aim is to develop a relationship with ourselves that lets us meet life from a deeper place of connection, trust, and compassion.
There are moments when life asks us to become someone new.
After a loss.
Through motherhood.
At the end of a marriage.
At the height of success.
Or simply when the person you've been is no longer the person you want to remain.
Savannah does not believe transformation means becoming someone else.
It means becoming more fully who you are.
Ready for what comes next?
You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
The first conversation is simply a chance to talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether working together feels right.
No pressure. Just a conversation.
